I am  excited to talk about Chem Drys’ new Encapsulation system for commercial Utah carpet cleaning. This I think is the best system yet,  for care and maintenance of commercial carpet. Its just a matter of applying the Encapsulating Cleaner which emulsifies and suspends common soils to the carpet fibers and provides an additional soil repelling barrier. It is agitated with a soft carpet brush that also grooms as it cleans.  As it dries, the polymer crystallizes and flakes off with vacuuming. Used in conjunction with ChemDrys Hot Carbonating Extraction, it is one of the best cleanings you will have ever seen. And the results are Fantastic! I have been cleaning commercial carpets  for about 7 years now, using bonnet method, truck mounted extraction, portable extraction, etc. We have begun to use Encapsulation on all but those very greasy or impacted soils. And have begun to bid out customers  specifically for Encapsulation Utah carpet cleaning.

We used this system on one of our best commercial jobs  recently that is real picky about how well the carpet is groomed when we’re done.  We were half way done when the facility manager came in to check on our work before she left for the night. She was so amazed at the results she was seeing with this new system, that she insisted  we use it on all of their carpet. Which was our intention anyway. It was already groomed and protected to where  We cut an hour off of the time it took to clean  this facility.
