Yesterday  one of my customers came into the shop to pick up her area rug that I had cleaned for her, her eyes lit up and she had this big smile on her face. Her biggest concern of having the rug cleaned was how dingy the fringe was. The first thing she looked at was the fringe and was so amazed that she went out to her car and brought her husband in to look at it. And of course I needed help carrying it too! She expressed her concern about the process we use to clean rugs, and if the other guys(carpet cleaners)used the same process. I think she was just being funny but she mentioned that she was under the impression that we all used the ” Beat it and Dunk It” method. I don’t know how the other guys do it but I went right in to telling her about the rug pit and its advantages. ChemDry didn’t invent this method, we are just perfecting it. Area rugs are my specialty and  I love the results I get when I clean them, and I love seeing the customers faces when they see them.
