There are no carpet nor piece of upholstery that is uncleanable. But there are limitations to getting them clean. Most of the time they get reupholstered or replaced. Those of us who cannot afford to or have time for something like that usually will have them cleaned to keep them livable until we can replace them with something new or used. I just want everyone to know that carpet and upholstery DO wear out according to how well you take care of them, and by that I mean having them Chem-Dry cleaned with low moisture, fast drying, and fabric protection to slow down the wear process. In doing so, your carpet and/or upholstery will last much longer and keep looking great for years to come. But remember that there are some things that just cannot be corrected. It is always best to keep drinks, foods, inks, chemicals, pets Etc, off your carpets to prevent any permanent damage.
