This month we just happened to get swamped with  most of our major commercial carpet cleaning accounts. Some take only a couple of hours to clean, some took up to 3 days. This makes for a very long and stressful time. Or it would if we didn’t have such a great crew  to make it all happen and very smoothly I might add! It takes a lot of patience with guys that have never cleaned a carpet or piece of upholstery in their life. But there are the regular techs too. And they did a fantastic job keeping up the pace so as to not fall behind and that all the jobs were completed in a timely manor. And I should add that our clients were all very impressed with the crews from the feedback I recieved from them. As for the new guys, Kudos for following instruction carefully and putting it into motion. I was trained in the Army that Good Teamwork comes from Good Leadership. That may be true but it takes a crew who are willing to take the time to learn and care about what they are trying to accomplish. That’s what makes a Good Leader. Working with these guys and teaching  them the ChemDry way of  cleaning has been and always will be an honor.  The moral of the story is: If you use anyone other than Chemdry, then you hired the wrong crew. And we can prove it. Thanks!!
