I recently went to a home and the customer had a white cotton couch that had black magic marker all over it. I was able to remove the stains completely. In situations like these the best thing to do is to call a professional to clean the stains for you. Upholstery cleaning can be tricky, many fabrics are not very frendly to cleaning. We have a much higher success rate in situations like these when we are the first ones to attempt the cleaning. In some cases a person may be able to remove the stains themselves, but if they are not able to remove than it can sometimes set the stain and make it much harder to remove or it possibly may not come out. So what I’m trying to get at is that if it is important to you that a stain come out, calling a Mr. Chem Dry and requesting Tristan Olsen is your best bet.
